Two highly regarded golf course architects were involved in the shaping of NorthRiver golf. In 1978, the original Gary Player-designed course opened. Player routed the course through the beautiful undulating hills that grace the community we call NorthRiver. After the course was updated in 1999 by Bob Cupp, it was again renovated in 2016 by Bob Cupp changing from bent grass greens to Tiff Eagle Bermuda grass plus reconstruction of all bunkers. NorthRiver is truly a course suitable for every category from accomplished player to novice.
To allow both mental and physical preparation, NorthRiver offers meticulously maintained practice areas, outstanding professional instruction, an extraordinary pro shop, and support for tournament-style play.
