Graze At Harmony Golf Preserve To Appear On Emeril’s Florida

Episode Five Hosted by Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse Features Creative Dishes Found at Graze
Harmony, Fla. – Harmony Golf Preserve is pleased to announce that Emeril’s Florida with Emeril Lagasse will feature the property’s Graze restaurant in episode five of the Cooking Channel’s popular television show, airing February 2 at 2:30 p.m. EST; February 3 at 9:30 a.m. EST; and February 6 at 11:30 a.m. EST.
Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse plays host to the exciting cooking show, now in its second season. Emeril’s Florida highlights the “sunshine state” through the eyes of Emeril himself. Filmed on location, Emeril discovers amazing food and unique activities found at some of the top restaurants and resorts in Florida like that of Graze at Harmony Golf Preserve. During the show, Emeril also prepares some of his favorite recipes which often feature some of the best ingredients Florida has to offer.
During his visit to Graze at Harmony Golf Preserve, Emeril met with chef Kimberly Rice for the episode titled “Getaway, Go Eat and Giddy Up.” Together, chef Kim and Emeril prepared five different Graze signature dishes. The show highlighted the Pear and Polenta appetizer, followed by three main dishes consisting of Porcini Braised Short Ribs, New Orleans Shrimp and Grits and the Graze signature Turkey and Brie sandwich. Bananas Foster was the final dish prepared, which capped the show with a decadent dessert.
