PGA TOUR – Mexico Open at Vidanta

The PGA TOUR went to the sunny destination of Vallarta, Mexico for the Mexico Open at Vidanta last week. Team Troon’s Gary Woodland was in the field and played solid golf all week. He finished – 9 for a T24 finish after posting three of four rounds in the 60’s. Woodland would finish eight shy of Callaway ambassador and eventual Mexico Open champion in Jon Rahm (who captured his first victory of the year and an invite back to Kapalua for the Sentry Tournament of Champions). Good playing Gary!

PGA TOUR Champions – Insperity Invitational

The PGA TOUR Champions stayed in the Lone Star State for the Insperity Invitational in Houston. Colin Montgomerie and his all Troon bag was strolling the fairways of The Woodlands this week and would ultimately finish T34 -2 for the Tournament. Solid playing Colin!

PGA TOUR – Wells Fargo Championship

The PGA TOUR moves to Maryland and the Wells Fargo Championship. This year’s edition will be at TPC Potomac as the typical host venue in Quail Hollow preps to host the Presidents Cup later this year. The defending champion is Rory McIlroy who last year, had a dramatic one shot victory over Abraham Ancer. Team Troon will have three players in the field including Matt Fitzpatrick, Gary Woodland and Matt Kuchar. Gary was low Team Troon member last year in this event, finishing T5. This year current odds for these three Team Troon members to win the Wells Fargo Championship from PointsBet are as follows:
